Vacuum Sealing
Oxygen drives oxidation. Oxidation degrades flavour. FreshSeal removes the oxygen at the point of pack and keeps your powder flavours within specification through storage and transit.
Oxygen Is the Problem
Volatile flavour compounds react with oxygen the moment they are exposed to air. The reaction is slow at room temperature but unavoidable, and it accumulates over weeks and months on a warehouse shelf. The result: top notes flatten, potency drops, colour shifts, and consumers taste a degraded product.
FreshSeal removes oxygen at the moment of pack. A vacuum is pulled and the seal is set before air can re-enter. With the substrate gone, the oxidation reaction has no fuel to continue. Shelf life follows accordingly.

Oxygen Removal at Seal
Controlled atmosphere extraction immediately before the final seal pulls residual oxygen from the package headspace. Less oxygen means slower oxidative degradation of volatile flavour compounds.
