Powder flavour compounds are inherently sensitive. Moisture clumps them. Oxygen oxidises the volatile top notes. Light fades pigments and accelerates breakdown. Even the highest-quality product can degrade in transit before it reaches your production line.

TasteGuard combines multi-layer high-barrier packaging with proprietary vacuum sealing. The packaging blocks external threats. The vacuum eliminates internal ones. Together they keep the product on specification all the way to your floor.

Multi-Layer Barrier Packaging

Food-grade material stack engineered for the realities of powder flavour transit. Outer layer resists puncture and abrasion; middle layer blocks moisture and oxygen transmission; inner contact layer is inert and food-safe. Tested against internal specifications before approval.

Vacuum Sealing at the Point of Pack

Controlled atmosphere removal before final seal eliminates residual oxygen. Calibrated to a consistent vacuum level across every unit regardless of batch size. The combination keeps powder flavours within specification through storage and transit.

Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing in our R&D facility confirms that TasteGuard-protected powders maintain specification compliance significantly longer than conventionally packaged alternatives. Every protocol is documented.
