Lead flavour creation across sweet and savoury briefs for Asia-Pacific customers, from first concept to matched, costed, production-ready formulas.
What you will do
- Create and match flavours across beverage, dairy, bakery, confectionery and savoury applications
- Own customer briefs end to end: concept, iterations, presentation and win follow-through
- Mentor junior flavourists and set formulation standards for the creation team
- Work with application, QC and regulatory colleagues to make every formula production-ready
- Keep formulas compliant, costed and buildable from our stocked palette
What you bring
- 8 or more years of flavour creation experience in a flavour house
- A proven win record across at least two application categories
- Working knowledge of IFRA/FEMA/EU and ASEAN flavour regulations
- Able to run customer sessions independently, in English; Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus
