Be the reliable line between customers and the house: orders, samples, documentation and delivery commitments handled precisely and warmly.
What you will do
- Process orders and sample requests from quotation through delivery
- Coordinate with supply chain and production on committed dates
- Prepare shipping and product documentation for customers
- Keep account records and follow-ups current
What you bring
- 2 or more years in customer service or sales support, B2B preferred
- Organised, accurate and calm under order-deadline pressure
- Comfortable with ERP order entry and Excel
- Clear written English; a second regional language a plus
