What you will do
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, SDS and customer declarations
- Keep formulas compliant with Singapore, ASEAN, EU and customer requirements
- Support halal, FSSC and SFA audits and documentation cycles
- Advise the creation team on regulatory limits during development
- Manage the raw-material documentation library with suppliers
What you bring
- 3 or more years in regulatory affairs or QA within food, flavours or ingredients
- Working knowledge of food additive and flavour regulations in ASEAN; EU knowledge a plus
- Meticulous document control and clear customer-facing writing
- Science degree preferred
