What you will do
- Set and run the technical roadmap across creation and application
- Develop the technical team through structured mentoring
- Own technology and raw-material scouting for the palette
- Partner with commercial leadership on key accounts and capability investments
What you bring
- 8 or more years technical leadership in flavours, fragrances or food ingredients
- Deep formulation or application science background
- A record of building and retaining technical teams
- Advanced degree preferred
