Keep every batch true: incoming raw materials, in-process checks and finished flavours verified by instrument and by nose against retained standards.
What you will do
- Run GC and physical-chemical analysis on raw materials and finished goods
- Evaluate batches organoleptically against retained reference standards
- Release or quarantine stock with full documentation
- Maintain instrument calibration and the QC sample library
- Investigate deviations and support corrective actions
What you bring
- 2 to 6 years of QC laboratory experience, food or flavour industry preferred
- Hands-on GC experience; GC-MS familiarity is a plus
- A reliable nose and the patience for daily sensory verification
- Chemistry or food science qualification
