Run the compounding floor: schedule, staff and verify daily flavour production to food-grade standards with full batch traceability.
What you will do
- Plan and supervise daily compounding and blending runs
- Enforce food-safety, halal segregation and safety procedures on the floor
- Verify batch records and coordinate with QC on release
- Train and roster production technicians
- Drive housekeeping and continuous improvement
What you bring
- 4 or more years in food, flavour or fine-ingredient production, with team leadership
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP-based systems and batch documentation
- Comfortable with production planning tools and ERP transactions
- Forklift licence a plus
