Flavourist (Flavour Creation)

Create and match the flavours that shape how Southeast Asia eats and drinks. You work at the bench in our Singapore creative team, turning customer briefs into commercial flavours across beverage, dairy, bakery and savoury.

What you will do

  • Develop, match and reformulate flavours from customer briefs, balancing sensory quality, cost and regulatory fit.
  • Run bench trials and lead sensory evaluations, iterating with the application and commercial teams to win projects.
  • Build and maintain your flavour libraries and formulation records in our systems.
  • Keep every creation within halal (MUIS, BPJPH) and FSSC 22000 requirements and within the customer's label and allergen constraints.
  • Track regional taste trends and raw-material developments, and bring new ideas to the bench.

What you bring

  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.
  • 2+ years creating or matching flavours in a flavour house or food manufacturer (strong fresh graduates with real sensory aptitude will be considered).
  • A trained palate and methodical sensory discipline.
  • Comfort with formulation systems, costing and basic label and allergen rules.
  • Fluent English; an additional Southeast Asian language is an advantage for regional work.
