Grow our flavour business across Southeast Asia. You manage and win F&B manufacturing accounts, working hand in hand with our creation team to turn briefs into orders.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of F&B manufacturer accounts across Singapore and the region.
  • Win new business: qualify leads, run customer briefs and move projects from sample to launch.
  • Translate customer needs into clear briefs for the creation and applications teams.
  • Forecast, quote and negotiate within company guidelines, and keep the pipeline current.
  • Represent VKA at customer sites and regional trade events.

What you bring

  • Degree in Food Science, Business or a related field; technical literacy in food or ingredients is a strong plus.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally in F&B, ingredients or flavours.
  • A consultative, relationship-led seller who can carry a technical conversation.
  • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
  • Fluent English; a regional language (Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese) is an advantage.
