Own the systems that keep our flavours safe, legal and halal. You maintain our FSSC 22000 food-safety system and our MUIS and BPJPH halal certifications, and keep us audit-ready.
What you will do
- Maintain and improve the FSSC 22000 food-safety management system: documents, records, internal audits and corrective actions.
- Manage halal certification with MUIS (Singapore) and BPJPH (Indonesia): documentation, ingredient checks and renewals.
- Prepare for and host customer and certification-body audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints to root cause, and track corrective actions to closure.
- Train production and lab teams on food-safety and halal requirements.
What you bring
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related field.
- 2+ years in QA or food safety at a food, ingredients or flavour manufacturer.
- Working knowledge of the FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 framework and halal requirements.
- Precise documentation habits and a calm, evidence-led approach to audits and complaints.
- Fluent English.
