Quality Assurance Executive

Own the systems that keep our flavours safe, legal and halal. You maintain our FSSC 22000 food-safety system and our MUIS and BPJPH halal certifications, and keep us audit-ready.

What you will do

  • Maintain and improve the FSSC 22000 food-safety management system: documents, records, internal audits and corrective actions.
  • Manage halal certification with MUIS (Singapore) and BPJPH (Indonesia): documentation, ingredient checks and renewals.
  • Prepare for and host customer and certification-body audits.
  • Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints to root cause, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Train production and lab teams on food-safety and halal requirements.

What you bring

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related field.
  • 2+ years in QA or food safety at a food, ingredients or flavour manufacturer.
  • Working knowledge of the FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 framework and halal requirements.
  • Precise documentation habits and a calm, evidence-led approach to audits and complaints.
  • Fluent English.
