Be the checkpoint between our raw materials and our customers. You test incoming materials and finished flavours and release only what meets specification.
What you will do
- Test incoming raw materials and finished goods against specification: physico-chemical, organoleptic and instrumental where applicable.
- Run and maintain laboratory instruments (such as GC), and keep calibration and records in order.
- Take part in sensory panels and the retain-sample programme.
- Flag out-of-specification results and support investigations with the QA and creation teams.
- Keep the lab to FSSC 22000 and halal housekeeping and safety standards.
What you bring
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years in a QC or analytical lab (fresh graduates with strong lab discipline will be considered).
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and good laboratory documentation.
- Reliable, detail-obsessed and comfortable with precise, repetitive work.
- Fluent English.
